Stormwater Compliance -  NPDES Phase II 

                               

Stormwater Compliance services are to assist Developers and Builders in meeting the EPA regulations for

NPDES Phase II. NPDES Phase II Rule 5 now applies to any project site of one acre or more where soil is

disturbed. Even individual lots, if part of a larger site greater than one acre are now subject to NPDES Phase II

Rule 5. The compliance cornerstone for  NPDES Phase II is the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan or SWPPP.

under NPDES Phase II Regulations
1. Improper or lack of BMP Maintenance
2. No NPDES permit, incomplete, 
     inadequate, or no SWPPP
3. SWPPP not on site and not up to date
4. Incomplete or no inspection of BMPs
5. Not implementing the SWPPP properly
    or altering the plan
6. Incomplete or no BMPs, BMPs not
     properly documented
7. Improper installation of BMPs and lack
    of maintenance
8. Offsite sediment discharges
9. Continued discharges of sediment after
     warnings and citations
10. Lack of response during or after a release
11. Failure to submit or file a Notice of Intent
     (NOI) or other required paperwork
12. Washing street dirt or concrete washout
