General Information

MulchPlus, LLC is located in Northwestern Indiana  and was founded in March of 2002. The primary service territory includes NW Indiana, SW Michigan, and NE Illinois. As an organization, it is locally owned (LaPorte County) and operated with customer satisfaction as a primary "driver" for both the organization and the employees. Being a progressive organization, MulchPlus has continued to expand products and services to meet customer needs within the mulch, landscape product and erosion/sediment control industries.

2002            - Began providing Express Blower™ truck pneumatic installation of materials.

                   - Became certified installer for Rexius Erosion Control Systems providing compost EcoBlankets® and EcoBerms®.

2003            - Added Filtrexx International line of FilterSoxx™ products. Training & certification were completed.

2006            - Opened MulchPlus Store to provide local landscapers and contractors access to product for their own installations.

2007            - Expanded services with the seeding options such as Broadcast Seeding, Drill Seeding, Hydroseeding & Spreader Seeding.

                   - Welcomed the addition of a "GreenPartnership" with North American Green for erosion control blankets. 

                   - Became a registered dealer for Earth Carpet™  seeds and turf products.

                   - Became member of SIMA (Snow and Ice Management Association) for winter snow services.

2008            - Added the Blocksom Inlet Filter line of products for sediment control.

                   - DuraTech grinder was added to equipment portfolio.

2009            - Began MulchPlus yard grinding operations for bulk mulch and wood chip materials.
